Attorney H. Ben Levy
H. Ben Levy joined the firm in 1988 and works in civil litigation (personal injury & defense), estate planning, business law and real estate.
Attorney Levy graduated from Arizona State University in 1985. He received his law degree from Marquette University in 1988. He is admitted to practice before the Wisconsin circuit and appellate courts and the Federal District Court of the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Attorney Levy is recognized as a Super Lawyer. To be so designated, each nominee is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and verified professional achievement. Selections are made annually, and only 5% of the attorneys in Wisconsin are selected for designation as Super Lawyers. He has also achieved an AV Preeminent™ rating through Martindale-Hubbell, which is based upon peer reviews by other lawyers and judges familiar with his work. AV is the highest rating for professional ethics and legal ability. It is granted to fewer than 8% of attorneys. He was recognized by the Business Journal as one of Milwaukee's Forty Under 40 business and community leaders; and was selected to serve on the 3 person committee to write the civil rules for Ozaukee County courts with the Honorable Sandy Williams. Attorney Levy is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and past president of the Ozaukee County Bar Association.
