Attorney Kevin White

Kevin brings significant litigation experience to Levy & Levy S.C.

​

In more than fifteen years of practice, he has briefed and argued hundreds of motions and trials in all types of matters, including contract disputes, insurance defense and personal injury, traffic, tort and commercial cases, replevins, real estate issues, and commercial and retail arbitration disputes.  He was selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2021 and 2022.

 

Before settling into civil practice, Kevin worked at the Milwaukee Public Defender's Office, defending clients at preliminary hearings, arguing jury trials, and working to obtain favorable plea deals and sentencing recommendations.

 

Born in Janesville, Wisconsin, Kevin attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he received dual degrees in Psychology and Spanish. After graduation, he attended Western Michigan University - Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He graduated cum laude and received Certificates of Merit in criminal law, ethics, and advanced writing.

 

Kevin currently lives in Wauwatosa with his wife and two daughters. In addition to spending time with family, he enjoys woodworking, cycling, hiking and other outdoor activities.
